Summary
We are seeking a Franchise Development Manager to join our growing team at Accencis Group. This role is pivotal in overseeing the development and expansion success of our notable brands. The Franchise Development Manager will play a key role in building relationships with franchisees and ensuring standards are met across all locations.

Base: $42,000/year + commission on franchise deals closed
Full-time | Reports to: CEO
About the Role
As Franchise Development Manager, you will drive the growth of our restaurant brands by actively sourcing and closing new franchise partners. You will focus on outbound prospecting, building relationships with potential franchisees, and guiding them through the franchise sales process. You will be expected to manage a sales pipeline, close deals, and contribute directly to our company’s expansion goals.

Franchise broker networks

Restaurant operators and multi-unit owners

Industry networking events

Build and manage relationships with franchise brokers and consultants

Conduct outbound prospecting (emails, calls, LinkedIn) to build pipeline

Qualify leads and manage pipeline in CRM system
-
Present franchise opportunity to prospects and guide them through the process

Coordinate with legal team to manage FDD and franchise agreement process

Negotiate deals and close franchise sales
-
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly franchise sales targets

Build and manage a referral program to incentivize current franchisees to introduce new leads

Report weekly to CEO on lead generation, pipeline status, and deals closed
Qualifications

2–5 years experience in sales (franchise sales, B2B, real estate, or related fields preferred)

Strong outbound sales and prospecting skills — not afraid to cold call, message, and hustle

Professional communication and presentation skills

Self-motivated and driven to hit targets

Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)

Interest or experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is a plus
Compensation

Base salary: $42,000 per year

Commission: High commission per deal closed — uncapped earnings

Potential to earn $100K+ with strong performance
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $42,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
