Pay Range: $35.00–$45.00 per hour (based on experience and skill level)

Total Compensation:
- Hourly Rate: $35.00 – $45.00/hour (depending on experience)
- Additional Pay: Overtime eligible
- Schedule: Monday to Friday (8-hour shift), with occasional weekend or overtime work as needed

Experience Required:

AutoCAD Civil 3D: 5 years (minimum)
Qualifications & Experience:

Post-secondary education in Survey/Geomatics or Civil Engineering is an asset

Field survey experience is an advantage
-
Proficiency in Trimble Business Centre , including GNSS data processing

Strong understanding of construction layouts and drafting standards

Key Responsibilities:
-
Review incoming field returns for completeness and accuracy
-
Perform survey calculations for piles, anchor bolts, foundations, and civil works
-
Draft survey plans and as-built drawings from field notes and raw data
-
Conduct volume calculations and produce detailed 3D models
-
Redline and finalize as-built drawings
-
Prepare survey control drawings and field data files for layout
-
Maintain up-to-date drawing databases to support field operations
-
Produce quality assurance reports as required
-
Support document control and maintain accurate project records
Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D in construction/survey drafting

Post-secondary education in Survey/Geomatics or Civil Engineering is an asset

Field survey experience is an advantage

Proficiency in Trimble Business Centre , including GNSS data processing
