Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Expected Hours: 40 per week

Pay Range: $35.00–$45.00 per hour (based on experience and skill level)

Additional Pay: Overtime pay

Total Compensation:

  • Hourly Rate: $35.00 – $45.00/hour (depending on experience)
  • Additional Pay: Overtime eligible
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday (8-hour shift), with occasional weekend or overtime work as needed

Experience Required:

  • AutoCAD Civil 3D: 5 years (minimum)

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Post-secondary education in Survey/Geomatics or Civil Engineering is an asset

  • Field survey experience is an advantage

  • Proficiency in Trimble Business Centre , including GNSS data processing

  • Strong understanding of construction layouts and drafting standards

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review incoming field returns for completeness and accuracy

  • Perform survey calculations for piles, anchor bolts, foundations, and civil works

  • Draft survey plans and as-built drawings from field notes and raw data

  • Conduct volume calculations and produce detailed 3D models

  • Redline and finalize as-built drawings

  • Prepare survey control drawings and field data files for layout

  • Maintain up-to-date drawing databases to support field operations

  • Produce quality assurance reports as required

  • Support document control and maintain accurate project records

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D in construction/survey drafting
