For this position, the expected salary range is between $100,000 and $115,000 annually. This range reflects our commitment to providing competitive compensation that aligns with industry standards and your qualifications. We also offer additional incentives such as an annual bonus and premium for certain shifts.

Job Description:
- Achieving revenue growth and profitability targets
- Maintaining long-term relationships with customers, Caterpillar, internal departments, and staff
- Understanding customers’ economic models and developing timely deal strategies
- Maintaining accurate and current client information using Finning’s Sales Support software
- Providing optimal solutions to customers inclusive of their equipment, parts, and service needs
- Forecasting new equipment sales and achieving budget revenue targets
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in the Heavy Equipment Industry is an asset
- 2+ years of Sales Management or Account Management experience, with knowledge of service operations
- Strong knowledge of products and services related to the General Construction industry (Compact Construction Equipment and Building Construction Products)
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Expert persuasion skills and the ability to captivate an audience during presentations and product demonstrations
- Self-driven, tenacious, and optimistic, bringing energy, passion, and positivity to the team
