About the role
Job Description
As a Client Associate/Registered Client Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support to our clients. You will work closely with the financial advisors to ensure that clients receive the highest level of service.
Main Responsibilities
- Assist financial advisors in managing client accounts and portfolios.
- Provide administrative support, including preparing client documentation and reports.
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a client service or financial services role.
- Knowledge of investment products and services.
Other Relevant Details
- This position is full-time and based in Washington, District of Columbia.
