About the role
YOU MUSH BE FLUENT IN ENGLISH AND FRENCH (excellent oral and written communication skills). This is IN-HOUSE position. NO RELOCATIONS will be covered.
Waff Logistics Inc - is a fast growing logistics company. We are looking for a person with strong Admin experience (minimum 5 years), detailed oriented with strong multi-tasking skills.
Responsibilities:
- Perform clerical duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and organizing files, answering customer emails & calls, accounts receivables, collect receipts, maintain internal office supplies
- Manage the front desk area and greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Communicate effectively with team members
- Utilize QuickBooks, Google Workspace, MS Office to manage financial transactions and generate reports
- Provide administrative support to various departments within the organization
- Oversee accounting entries (daily billings to customers, Accountins Receivable) and accuracy.

Assist with reporting.

Manage daily office operations, ensuring a well-organized and efficient workplace.

Maintain office supplies, vendor relationships, and facilities management.

Respond to client inquiries via email and assist in fulfilling their needs.

Respond to suppliers inquiries via email

Maintain records of purchases, contracts, and supplier agreements.

Maintain and update office procedures and protocols.
This is MONDAY to FRIDAY POSITION from 8:30-4:30
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Google Suite application and other relevant software.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Familiarity with Quickbook is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Customer service is highly valued.
Experience:
- 5 years -Proven experience in an administrative or office management role
- Bilingual MUST (English and French)
