We’re currently looking for a BDC Appointment Coordinator to join our team. If you're organized, customer-focused, and ready to support our dealerships behind the scenes, this could be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.
The Drive Ahead
- Answer inbound phone calls to schedule service appointments across multiple dealership locations
- Make outbound calls to reconnect with customers and schedule follow-ups
- Coordinate appointment availability for various makes and models
- Accurately update and maintain customer and vehicle records in the system
- Support dealership campaigns, service promotions, and appointment reminders
- Escalate concerns as needed to ensure excellent customer experience
- Collaborate with teammates in a fast-paced, high-volume call environment
Performance Essentials
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
- Proficient computer and data entry skills
- Friendly, professional, and team-oriented mindset
- Previous experience in a dealership or service appointment setting is an asset
