About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Treasury and Reporting Analyst to join our dedicated team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an early-career finance professional to gain hands-on experience in treasury operations, financial reporting, and multi-generational family office advisory.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for executing treasury functions, preparing shareholder financial reports, and supporting investment and liquidity planning.

Key Responsibilities

Treasury Operations

  • Initiate and process a range of banking transactions including cash transfers, deposits, wires, FX transactions, and inter-company settlements
  • Administer online banking platforms and maintain strong working relationships with external banking and investment partners
  • Manage and maintain loan schedules and private equity trackers and support end-to-end execution of investment funding.
  • Open and close accounts as required across multiple entities

Financial and Investment Reporting

  • Prepare and maintain recurring financial reports, including:

    • Weekly cash position reports
    • Monthly liquidity and cash flow reports
    • Annual net worth statements and long-term projections
    • Estate liquidity analyses
    • Trust-level cash flow summaries and forward-looking projections
  • Support the production of documents for quarterly Investment Committee meetings and semi-annual private investment reporting

  • Build and maintain long-term net worth and cash flow forecasts for individual shareholders

  • Strong Communication: Proven ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, including shareholders and external partners. Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills in English are essential.
  • Autonomy and Collaboration: Capable of working independently while remaining open to direction and feedback. Comfortable operating in a hybrid (remote/in-office) team environment.
  • Attention to Detail: Consistently produces accurate and high-quality work with strong organizational discipline.
  • Treasury Execution: Hands-on experience with treasury operations, including banking transactions, account maintenance, and platform administration.
  • Financial Acumen: Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and forecasting practices.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    • Proficiency in Excel, including formulas, basic data organization, and creating structured financial projections and reports.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Education and Experience

  • A post-secondary degree or diploma in finance, accounting, business, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in a finance, accounting, or treasury-related role is preferred
