The Corporate Services Branch in the Ministry of Labour Relations and Workplace Safety has a new and challenging opportunity for a confident, highly motivated and well-organized professional who is capable of working in a fast-paced, demanding and high-volume work environment. Reporting to the Manager of IT and Support Services, you will assist in serving programs in several buildings in Regina and in locations throughout the province.
This position will be responsible for the administration and maintenance of ministry CVA pool vehicles, along with assisting in the administration of all ministry CVA vehicles. In addition, you will assist with the processing of parking applications, procuring a variety of goods or services, as well as supporting requirements for the division and ministry.
The successful candidate must be a team player, able to both lead and collaborate with a focus on excellent customer service. You will generate, maintain and retrieve manual and electronic records. You will have knowledge of Financial Administration Manual with respect to purchasing of goods and services, and will demonstrate the ability to work independently to meet a variety of deadlines and manage changing priorities.
Typically, the knowledge required for this position would be gained through an Office Administration or Business Administration Certificate or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 would be an asset.
A valid class 5 driver’s license is required, and a driver's abstract may be requested
