Responsibilities

• Implement training programs for new employees on food handling, customer service, and restaurant policies.
• Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to create menu items that reflect current trends and customer preferences.
• Monitor financial performance and assist in budgeting processes to achieve profitability goals.

Experience

• Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar supervisory role within the food service industry.
• Strong understanding of team management principles, including leadership and supervisory skills.
• Familiarity with food handling regulations and best practices in the restaurant environment.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
• Experience in cooking or kitchen operations is a plus, enhancing collaboration with culinary staff.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by the business needs.

Pay: $37,397.79-$60,000.00 per year
