Position Summary: Marketing Communications Coordinator

We are currently seeking a Marketing Communications Coordinator to join our high-performing team. In this role, you will play a central part in executing our marketing initiatives and ensuring the brand presence of Business Finders Canada continues to grow in the commercial real estate and business sales space.

This is an opportunity for a hands-on marketing professional who excels at digital content creation, brand management, and CRM coordination—and who understands the importance of clear, consistent communication in driving real business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy Execution: Support and implement marketing and communication strategies to promote our services and listings.
  • Content Development: Write, edit, and manage content for various platforms including the company website, email marketing, newsletters, and blog posts.
  • Social Media Management: Create and schedule posts across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) to enhance visibility and brand engagement.
  • Graphic Design & Collateral: Design high-quality business and commercial property brochures, promotional materials, and highlight sheets that reflect the brand.
  • Website Content Management: Upload and maintain property and business listing information across our company website and external listing platforms.
  • CRM Management: Maintain and update our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to ensure accurate tracking of leads, communications, and marketing outreach.
  • SEO & Analytics: Optimize content for SEO and use analytics tools to measure campaign performance and website traffic.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all marketing materials align with Business Finders Canada’s brand standards and messaging guidelines.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to identify trends, target audiences, and new marketing opportunities.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing communications, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills with great attention to detail.
  • Experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Mailchimp, and WordPress (or similar CMS platforms).
  • Proficiency with social media platforms and analytics tools.
  • Experience in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
  • Knowledge of SEO fundamentals and website optimization strategies.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • Familiarity with the real estate or business brokerage industry is preferred.
  • Must be based in or near Kelowna, BC.
