Bell Bay Golf Club isn’t just a golf course—it’s a community. Nestled in the stunning Cape Breton landscape, we welcome golfers of all levels to enjoy the game, the scenery, and the camaraderie. Now, we’re on the lookout for a Pro Shop Associate to join our team!
The Role
As a Pro Shop Associate, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests, managing the tee sheet, helping with retail sales, and ensuring everyone has a fantastic experience at Bell Bay. Whether it’s setting up a tee time, recommending the perfect golf glove, or sharing a laugh with members, you’ll help make the Pro Shop the heart of our club.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting guests with a smile and providing top-notch customer service.
- Managing tee time bookings and keeping the schedule running smoothly.
- Selling and restocking merchandise (because everyone loves a fresh polo).
- Answering phones and handling inquiries like a pro.
- Keeping the Pro Shop organized and looking sharp.
- Assisting with member events and tournaments as needed.
What We’re Looking For
- A friendly, welcoming attitude—golf experience is optional, but great customer service is a must!
- Strong communication skills and an ability to multitask.
- Basic computer skills (we’ll train you on our tee sheet system).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- A team player who loves interacting with people.
