About the role
Canadian Light Truck Warehouse (CLTW), operating alongside RBL Warehouse, is one of Western Canada’s largest distributors of aftermarket truck and Jeep accessories. From lift kits to truck caps, we stock the gear that powers Canada’s truck culture. With distribution hubs in Surrey and Edmonton, we serve customers across the country with unmatched service and selection.
We’re currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Order Desk team. This position offers remote work flexibility, so you can work from the comfort of your home while supporting our wholesale customers across Canada.
Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, the CSR will be the frontline for order management and customer support, with key responsibilities including:
- Entering orders and generating pick tickets and work orders
- Proactively upselling additional accessories based on customer needs
- Supporting daily sales targets through outbound calls and customer follow-ups
- Preparing and distributing new product information to clients
- Providing timely, professional responses to customer inquiries and concerns
- Building lasting relationships with dealers and wholesale customers
- Preparing quotations and sales materials
- Maintaining up-to-date product knowledge and promotional awareness
- Providing general clerical and administrative support to warehouse operations
Experience:
- Experience in the aftermarket truck or Jeep accessory industry
- Solid communication skills – written, verbal, and phone etiquette
- Confidence in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; SAP knowledge a plus
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
- A passion for trucks, off-road accessories, and the aftermarket industry we serve

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
