Make your mark for patients We are looking for a Sales & Solution Lead who is eager to join our Immunology team, field based in Switzerland.
About The Role As a Sales & Solution Lead, you will be accountable for aligning all solutions (projects, activities, and patient programs) in the Immunology Patient Value Unit (iPVU), both locally and EU initiated. You will drive the localization and implementation of the EU and Mid-Market strategy and action plan in partnership with the other Solution Lead, Immunology Lead, and local team.
This position reports to the Alps Immunology Lead and is part of the EU community of Solutions Leads.
Who you’ll work with
You will collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders, including the immunology Team, Local Patient Value Unit, EU Engine Team, and Med & BI in PVO for compliance validation.
Externally, you will work with KOLs, individual HCPs, and payers to ensure solutions developed drive meaningful and impactful value delivery for patients and stakeholders.
What you’ll do
- Develop and Implement Solutions: Create impactful patient value solutions for country and area implementation.
- Localize EU Solutions: Adapt EU solutions for AUT and Mid Markets based on local insights and drivers.
- Eco-System Specific Solutions: Develop solutions tailored to local eco-system drivers.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with external stakeholders to co-create key projects driving patient value in AUT.
- Omni-Channel Approach: Initiate and implement digital solutions across all activities.
- Medical Alignment: Ensure solutions meet the highest scientific standards.
- Monitor and Measure: Track implementation and KPIs, measuring value and impact.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead the development of the Patient Value Brand Plan (PVBP) and ensure alignment with global strategies.
- Channel Excellence: Drive omni-channel strategy, planning, and solution development.
- Coordination: Manage activities between Marketing and Sales, overseeing Solution Leads.
- In-Field Strategies: Develop and execute in-field strategies and engagement plans.

- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, or healthcare required; master’s degree preferred.
- 7-10 years in stakeholder-facing roles within healthcare.
- Proven cross-functional project team leadership.
- Demonstrated experience in working within multidisciplinary teams.
- Proven track record of developing high-impact solutions in line with ecosystem drivers.
- Demonstrated strength in business planning, tactical plan, and Omni-channel development and execution.
- Medical, scientific, and therapeutic area expertise.
- Business and financial acumen.
- Fluent in English.
