At Empty Cup, our production team is responsible for roasting, packaging, brewing, canning, and distributing our own products to our 7 (and growing) cafe locations, as well as retailers throughout Canada. Yes, we roast and sell our coffee beans, but we also have a strong focus on Cold Brew coffee!
The production team aids the company as a whole, leading to ever changing tasks and multiple areas for growth.

Skills + Experience:
- Must be motivated to work with a new and exciting company
- Must be able to work efficiently with a team
- Must hold a valid class 5 driver’s licence
- Must have a smartphone with internet access
- Must be able to regularly lift and carry up to 70lb
- Experience delivering products to partners and retailers is a strong asset
- Strong communication and guest service skills
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance is an asset
Responsibilities + Expectations:
- Must be able to work independently and have excellent time-management skills
- Must be willing to work flexible hours
- Will be driving delivery vehicles daily for extended periods of time
- Must be able to communicate outstandingly with our team and our partners
- Must fill out shipping and receiving documentation
- Must deliver products in a food safe manner
- Will be assisting in the day-to-day operations of the production facility, including receiving product, packaging, and general coffee production
- Must be able to assist in planning the best route to the destination while considering traffic and weather conditions
- Must follow traffic laws and safety guidelines to ensure safe and timely delivery
- Must maintain the cleanliness and routine maintenance of the delivery vehicle along with items being delivered
- Must report any accidents, delays or issues to the leader
- Must have effective problem-solving skills and excellent decision-making ability
Empty Cup is a small company, and we all wear multiple hats. There are always opportunities to hop around and help out wherever needed!
Location: 535 Panet Road, Winnipeg MB
Part-time: 20-40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (Times and Days May Vary, May Include Early Morning Deliveries)
Pay: From $16.50 per hour (based on experience)
Job Type: Part-time

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
