Description Charter Specialist SOUTHLAND is currently seeking a charter administration support professional to join our team in Calgary. This role is responsible for addressing the needs of charter customers and delivering exceptional customer service.
Principal Duties And Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls, return messages, and handle inquiries
- Respond to emails and requests in a timely manner
- Assist charter drivers with questions regarding pick-up and drop-off locations
- Prepare charter waybills promptly for clients
- Attend regular charter meetings
- Be available for rotational on-call - weeknights, weekends, and holidays
Knowledge And Skills Required
- Knowledge of Highway Traffic Acts and Regulations
- Multitasking and ability to handle high-volume of workloads
- Map reading ability with knowledge of the city, specifically road systems and attractions in the Calgary area
- Maintain a high degree of confidentiality and professional conduct within a high-volume environment
- Ability to communicate effectively with drivers, clients, and internal partners
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Working Conditions This is a permanent, full-time position working Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Availability for rotational on-call is required including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
