Job Summary
Dfy Studio is seeking a Full-Time Intermediate Drafter with a background in Interior Design and/or Architecture. The ideal candidate has a strong background in producing high-quality architectural drawings and construction documents for commercial, hospitality, institutional, industrial and condominiums, with excellent proficiency in AutoCAD and REVIT. In a fast-paced environment, the Intermediate Drafter will need to have excellent time management and organizational skills. Working under the Senior Designer, the Intermediate Drafter will support the designer through all stages of the projects drafting process, from test fits to full IFC sets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and detailed architectural drawings, plans, and technical documents
• Translate conceptual designs into construction-ready documentation
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and consultants to ensure accurate project execution
• Revise drawings based on feedback and design changes
• Maintain documentation standards and file organization across multiple projects

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Architectural Technology OR Interior Design or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in architectural drafting
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and REVIT
• Strong knowledge of building codes, construction standards, and detailing
• Excellent organizational, collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines with precision and efficiency
• Ability to produce a complete set of construction drawings independently
• Experience in Space Planning, Architecture, and Interior Design

Pay: $50,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
