What You'll Do
- Drive new business across North America by identifying, pursuing, and securing key accounts in the energy and infrastructure sector
- Cultivate relationships with both new and existing clients, providing exceptional service and tailored solutions
- Collaborate with leadership to define sales strategies and exceed growth targets
- Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings across the U.S. and Canada
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and proposals while ensuring customer satisfaction remains top priority
- Conduct market intelligence to stay ahead of trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities
What You Bring
- 3-5 years of sales experience in the electrical equipment or power distribution sector (transformer sales is a major asset)
- Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- Strong business development and account management skills
- Willingness and ability to travel across North America
- High emotional intelligence, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills
- A proactive mindset with a hunger to grow both revenue and client trust
