About the role
Exterior Cleaner
Duties:
Daily cleaning tasks including garbage removal, vacuuming, sweeping/mopping, dusting, floor maintenance.
General maintenance tasks around the facility as required, including snow removal.
Requirements:
Driver's License for operating the Golf cart
Willing to work outside in varying weather conditions like rain, snow, cold/hot weather.
- 1-year previous cleaning/maintenance experience
- Basic English verbal and reading skills
- Ability to work outside in varying weather conditions
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods
- Positive and proactive attitude
- Service-oriented approach
- Ability to adhere to safety requirements
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Strong work ethic and a good record of attendance
- Authorization to work in Canada
