Through its expanding sales and distribution network, the team is positioned to scale existing and new products globally, driving exponential revenue growth. With the leadership team in place, the opportunity is now to execute a scalable retail expansion strategy, optimize sales execution, and maximize category leadership on the path to a lucrative exit.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As our Paid Media Specialist, you'll design, launch, and optimize multi-channel paid campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, programmatic and other channels. You’ll analyze performance metrics to drive ROI, scale campaigns, and proactively test new audiences, creatives, and channels. Your work will directly influence customer acquisition and brand visibility.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop, execute, and manage paid acquisition campaigns across search, social, display, and video.
  • Set and analyze key campaign KPIs—CPM, CTR, CVR, ROAS, CAC, LTVCAC,
  • Run A/B and multivariate tests on creatives, copy, audiences, and bidding strategies.
  • Monitor budgets, pacing, and bid strategies to maximize ROAS, CAC and scale.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams on ad creative and performance feedback.
  • Implement tracking frameworks (UTM, pixels, conversion API, analytics) and maintain dashboards.
  • Write concise executive-ready reports with actionable insights.
  • Stay current on platform updates, ad formats, and innovations.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • 3+ years managing paid digital campaigns with demonstrable performance improvements.
  • Expertise in platforms: Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio or Looker).
  • Strong skills in Excel or BI tools.
  • Hands-on ad creative optimization experience.
  • Experience tracking conversion paths via pixels and APIs.
  • Experience in e-commerce or DTC growth is a plus.

COMPENSATION

A competitive base salary will be provided in this position, with an additional bonus plan based on performance. In this role you will contribute directly to a highly lucrative exit and will be rewarded generously as a result. Full medical benefits are provided as part of this role.
