Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Guest Service Ambassador to join our team. As a Guest Service agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hospitality and ensuring a positive experience for our guests. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coach under six guest services agents
- Greet guests and provide them with outstanding customer service
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Assist guests with reservations, changes, and cancellations
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Requirements:
- Previous experience with minimum 2 years in hospitality or hotel customer service is mandatory.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficient in using phone systems and computer software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Bilingual/multilingual abilities are a plus
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
