About the role

Job Description Execution and project management, driving business operations excellence. This role will oversee the planning, execution, and management of projects across the organization, ensuring alignment with key business goals and facilitating cross-functional collaboration. The individual will become deeply involved in the details of each project, developing expertise to confidently speak on project specifics, creating a clear vision, and setting goals to ensure successful outcomes. They will foster continuous improvement and ensure projects meet the changing business environment while driving success metrics and delivering impactful results.

This is a hybrid role: 3 days per week in office.

  • Manage and facilitate the rhythm of business (RoB) for the Leadership Team, including regular meetings, monthly reviews, and all-hands sessions, ensuring continuous alignment and business focus.
  • Lead strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects that contribute to overall organizational strategy, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, establish success metrics, and create effective communication strategies to keep stakeholders informed of progress and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery of business priorities.
  • Get deeply involved in the details of each project, becoming an expert who can confidently discuss the projectโ€™s specifics, goals, and path to success.
  • Play a key role in shaping the vision and direction of projects, setting clear goals, and ensuring all teams are aligned toward achieving them.
  • Oversee the project management office (PMO) to ensure continuous improvement in project delivery processes and drive operational efficiency.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership by providing insights and recommendations to improve business operations and project outcomes.
  • Manage executive communication for leadership meetings, including creating messaging and content for team meetings and external communications.
  • Travel up to 20% may be required.

  • 5+ years of experience in business program management, project management, or business operations.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional strategic initiatives, managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
  • Strong project management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with experience managing leadership-level communications.
  • Ability to work in a matrixed environment and collaborate effectively with diverse teams across various functions.
  • Growth mindset and ability to drive change through positive, proactive leadership.

Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations, or a related field.

Experience working with commercial organizations and partner/customer-facing employees.
