We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Client Success Manager

to join our growing team in Toronto. The Client Success Manager will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving growth for our business. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, resolving any issues that arise, and delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understanding and ability to communicate different use-cases for the product within different segments of the private markets industry, including the identification of new market expansion opportunities.
  • Drive stakeholder communication and develop client engagement plans, ensuring visibility and alignment throughout the client lifecycle.
  • Ability to provide a detailed overview of client universe, including proactive management of potential client churn risk.
  • Identification of new market expansion opportunities and understanding of commercial elements that generate upsell for existing products.
  • Collaborate with the sales and product teams to drive growth and retain existing clients.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of client-facing experience in the financial services industry

    , with expertise in alternative investments, including private equity, hedge funds, venture capital and private debt.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field, with solid understanding of investment strategies, fund structures, and institutional client workflows.

  • Excellent stakeholder engagement at all levels

    , communication, presentation skills and relationship management skills.

  • Strong analytical thinking and solution-oriented mindset.

  • Comfortable with SaaS tools and able to adapt to technical concepts.

  • Experience using CRM software is a plus.
