We are seeking an experienced Hydraulic Driller responsible for assisting our crews in British Columbia. Although we are a union affiliated organization, being an active member is not a prerequisite.
Job duties will include drilling of production and shear-line and occasionally helping the blast crew.
Qualifications:

Drilling experience around houses and urban settings is considered an asset
-
Have operational experience with hydraulic drills; including Tamrock 800, Ranger 700, and Traxxon / Montabert hoe mounted drills
-
Have a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Natural ability to solve problems, communicate clearly and effectively;
-
Be flexible and willing to work night shifts if required;
-
Enjoy working outdoors in a fast paced and challenging environment;
-
Valid Canadian driver’s license, with a clean driving abstract;
-
Experience working in the heavy civil construction industry
-
Be able to lay out drill patterns
-
Be able to work independently
