- Act as customer support for all IT and Network related issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues or escalate to an Engineer
- Set up Desktops and Computers
Skills/Must have:
- IT Support experience across Networking, Infrastructure, IT or Desktop
- Good Communication skills
- Troubleshooting skills
