Join us, this is where your career story takes off. Overview of role: The Intermediate Analyst is a technical resource for the various technology systems that support Supply Chain, Procurement, and Contracting processes that deliver value to the CFO organization.

Being part of a devops (development / operational) pod, the intermediate analyst will administer, develop, implement key improvements, troubleshoot issues, and resolve incidents within the ERP technology stack (JDE Enterprise One, RF SMART, etc.) and adjacent applications (Coupa Platform). Playing a key role in analysis, requirement gathering, configuration, development, testing, incident management, service requests and release management for the product stack, the Intermediate Analyst will maintain the stability and functionality of the systems supported.

The Intermediate Analyst will be involved in the scrum practice and will participate in developing requirements and propose solutions, and delivery of sprints that meet business needs. Will be asked to provide input on estimations, planning, and delivery of sprints.

Key deliverables / responsibilities include:

  • Support: Resolve issues, investigate errors, and improve module performance and functionality for software (JDE Enterprise One platform, RF SMART, Coupa) and hardware (Scanners) components. Perform change, service request, incident, problem management tasks within product team and documentation of steps taken to fix or improve service delivery.
  • Enhancements: Performs in-depth analysis of business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Integration: Manage and support the integration of RF SMART and Coupa with JDE Enterprise One platform
  • Testing: Plan and execute system testing, including unit, system integration, and user acceptance testing
  • Documentation and Training: Develop and maintain documentation for supported processes, including providing training to end-users to enhance adoption and use of functionality

Experience and qualifications:

  • 3 – 6 years of proven JDE, RF SMART, or Coupa experience in a support role
  • Bachelors’ degree in a related field or equivalent
  • Highly motivated with excellent time management, work ethic and interpersonal skills is required
  • Strong knowledge of the following processes: Inventory, Procurement, and Contracting
  • Experience with documentation and training delivery is a plus
