About the role
As a Sr Advanced Hardware Engineer here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will play a critical role on a cross-disciplinary team that specializes in the design, development, and manufacturing of novel, state-of-the-art optical and science instruments for military, government, and commercial space applications, including Earth observation, atmospheric monitoring, space situational awareness, maritime traffic monitoring, and optical communications. You will be integral in the design and selection of electronic, electrical, and electromechanical components for aerospace applications. Your expertise will ensure that our products meet the highest standards of performance and reliability.
You will report directly to our Sr Engineering Manager and you’ll work out of our Kanata, ON OR Cambridge, ON location.
In this role, you will impact the development of advanced Space systems by ensuring the integrity and performance of EEE components.
The Honeywell building is a controlled goods program environment. Candidates must be eligible for CGP and CSP security clearance.
