Flooring Sales Manager – Nanaimo Location
As the Flooring Sales Manager at our newly expanded Nanaimo location, you will be leading one of our most successful and established stores. This location benefits from a loyal customer base and a strong local reputation, providing a solid foundation for continued growth.

Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Assist customers with product selection, ensuring they are informed about features and benefits.
- Process transactions accurately using the cash register and handle customer inquiries effectively.
- Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor that reflects the quality of our products.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall store performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service roles, preferably in the furniture or home decor industry.
- Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are an asset.
- Demonstrated ability to upsell products effectively while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Basic knowledge of cashiering processes and point-of-sale systems is preferred.
- Able to manage a team and work well with others.
