Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and self-starting Sales Specialist to join our sales team on a commission basis. In this role, you will play a vital part in driving our growth by conducting outreach, nurturing leads, and booking qualified sales appointments using our CRM system (GoHighLevel). This is a high-impact, performance-driven role ideal for someone hungry to grow and earn based on results.
Key Responsibilities
- Make 100+ outbound calls daily to leads within our GoHighLevel CRM
- Qualify and schedule sales-ready appointments for the closer based on defined criteria
- Follow up with warm leads via calls, text, and email
- Maintain accurate and updated lead notes and statuses within the CRM
- Submit a daily productivity tracker outlining contacts made, appointments booked, and outcomes
- Collaborate with the closer to ensure schedule alignment and meeting preparedness
- Join weekly check-ins to review performance and optimize strategies
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Excellent phone presence and confident communication skills
- Comfortable using sales language and handling objections
- Motivated by commission-based income and performance results
- Familiarity with CRM tools like GoHighLevel (training provided if needed)
- Self-disciplined and organized with attention to detail
- Access to a reliable internet connection and quiet remote work setup
