Role Overview
Operation and Cost Control Assistant plays a critical support role within the operations and finance departments by providing data-driven insights and administrative support to ensure efficient workflow and cost control. The position operates across multiple teams and functions, ensuring that daily operational processes run smoothly while identifying and analyzing cost-saving opportunities.
This role contributes directly to improving operational efficiency, budgeting accuracy, and overall profitability. By supporting project tracking, cost analysis, and operational reporting, the incumbent helps drive informed decision-making and resource allocation. The role has a significant impact on the company’s ability to maintain cost-effective operations and continuously optimize its processes.
Requirements

Review and validate warehouse invoices for accuracy and policy compliance.

Investigate and resolve discrepancies in invoices in collaboration with warehouses and vendors.

Maintain organized records of all invoices and related documentation.

Operational Support:

Act as a liaison between the Global Expansion team, warehouses, and finance department.

Support the implementation of cost-saving initiatives and operational improvements across warehouses.

Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks.
Qualifications
- Post-secondary degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in accounting, cost management, or operations support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration in both English and Mandarin
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- A problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
