Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Receptionist to join our team at Integral Services Group. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. Your contributions will play a vital role in maintaining our professional image and enhancing client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors and clients with a friendly demeanor.
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain an organized front desk area and ensure it is presentable at all times.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The Integral Services Group began with the introduction of Integral Building Maintenance to the market in 2015. As we expanded and became specialized on new market sectors, we felt that we owed it to our clients to have a laser-like focus on their needs.
First came Integral Hospitality, focusing on the specialized needs of the Hotel and Restaurant Industry. Next came Integral Surface Protection, a slightly different division because of the focus on multiple sectors that are looking to better protect their guests, clients, employees, their students and their faculty from bacteria and virus and their facilities from fungus and mold. Last came Integral Janitorial Supplies. IJS was borne from the shortage in supplies in early-to-mid 2020. Our deep relationships gave us the ability to source products when others were struggling and allowed us to assist those in need when and where possible.
