The Opportunity
We’re looking for a detailed-oriented and proactive Campaign Success Specialist to strengthen campaign performance and client satisfaction. In this role, you’ll manage the post-sales lifecycle, from campaign onboarding to execution and ongoing optimization. As the primary point of contact for brand advertisers, you’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Publisher Development, Product, and Finance to ensure campaign goals are met and exceeded. The ideal candidate is a strategic, organized thinker with a passion for performance marketing, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns with attention to detail and strong client-relationship management skills.
Reporting directly to the Lead Campaign Manager on the Campaign Success team, you’ll have the opportunity to build relationships with brands, drive revenue growth, and make a meaningful impact during an exciting period of company expansion.
What You’ll Do
- Support client onboarding and post-sales kickoff, ensuring a seamless transition from the Sales team to the Campaign Success team.
- Review contracts and populate project management tools with campaign specifications
- Act as a strategic advisor; gathering a brand’s campaign objectives (ie CAC, AOV, ROAS), recommending tracking and creative strategies, and relaying key performance insights.
- Coordinate with internal teams to execute campaign setup across integrated and non-integrated channels.
- Ensure tracking is correctly configured using affiliate platforms, postbacks, pixels, and/or manual reporting.
- Develop and share regular performance reports using data from Tableau, publisher reports, or internal dashboards.
- Maintain client satisfaction through proactive communication, issue resolution, and optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate on the continuous improvement of Campaign Success playbooks, tools, and documentation.
- Initiate client renewal processes following the successful delivery of client campaigns
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years in customer success, account management, digital marketing, affiliate marketing, and/or performance-based advertising.
- Experience managing advertising campaigns and understanding media models (CPC, CPA, CPL, affiliate).
- Data-savvy with comfort using tools & software like Google Analytics & Google Workspace, Tableau, Monday, Tableau, Pipedrive, Slack, and more.
- Ability to simplify complex campaign metrics for clients and translate goals into actionable plans.
- Excellent communicator who thrives in cross-functional, fast-paced environments.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a remote, fast-paced environment.
- Bonus: Bilingual in English and French; direct experience with affiliate platforms and campaigns.
