About the role

Are you a dynamic and innovative relationship- driven leader? We are looking for a Senior Client Solutions Manager to join our Marketing and Content team at Phreesia Network Solutions. In this role, you will take the lead on innovative, high-impact digital campaigns for some of the most influential names in Life Sciences, Government, Non-Profit, Pharmacy, and other healthcare sectors. You’ll serve as the strategic bridge between Phreesia and our partners, owning the day-to-day management of key accounts while building strong relationships that unlock new opportunities. You’ll lead a high-performing team dedicated to delivering thoughtful, creative solutions that meet business goals and resonate with healthcare audiences. If you’re proactive, accountable, and ready to lead with confidence—we want to meet you. This role is equivalent to the Account Director level within an agency setting.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage the full lifecycle of patient-centric digital campaigns—including kickoff, strategic planning, creative development, implementation, launch, and post-launch performance analysis
  • Build strong, consultative relationships with top-tier clients and partners
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of Client Solutions Managers and Associates, engaging with senior peers
  • Collaborate across Analytics, Insights, Data Science, Research, and Leadership to ensure campaign success
  • Own and uphold revenue-driving campaign deadlines, ensuring timely execution and alignment with contractual and financial goals
  • Champion continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to test new capabilities, optimize existing processes, and share best practices across Network Solutions and broader Phreesia teams
  • Optimize processes, test new capabilities and identify growth opportunities within client accounts and help shape Phreesia’s strategic direction

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years in account management or account services in a marketing agency environment working with US healthcare or pharmaceutical companies
  • Proven leadership skills with direct people management experience
  • Experienced in building and sustaining strong client relationships, with the ability to confidently manage complex environments involving multiple stakeholders
  • Strong planning, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes within tight timelines
  • Proficiency with PowerPoint presentation building and familiarity with platforms like Jira, Monday.com, Ziflow, MS Project (or similar tools)
  • Ability to travel to occasional client or team meetings, about 2-3 times a year

Base pay for US is $135,000 - $145,000, depending on qualifications. In addition, Phreesia also offers equity as part of an attractive & comprehensive Total Rewards package. Phreesia is a fully remote company; however, candidates located in ET and CT regions are given priority in the hiring process.
