- Proven track record in technical or solution-based sales
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, instrumentation, or process control
- Excellent communication and presentation skills - from shop floor to boardroom
- Confident using Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and social platforms for business
- Comfortable working independently in the field with limited office time
- Valid driver's license and work eligibility in Canada
