Requirements:
- BCCSA approved Traffic Control Person Certification
- At least 8 months experience with a flagging company (preferred)
- Effective, clear communication with the crews/operators and the public
- Reliable people to stay alert and handle long days on their feet
- Motivated to keep traffic smooth and pedestrians safe
- Own method of transportation to commute to sites
- Must be dispatchable throughout the Lower Mainland, From West Van, Squamish, Richmond, South Surrey, Coquitlam, Chilliwack etc.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring workers safety by keeping work space free of traffic and warning them of approaching hazards
- Directing drivers, pedestrians, and workers to safe routes around road construction sites
- Coordinate with team members with set up and maintenance of project signage and barricades
- Reviewing the traffic management plans
- Conduct regular hazard inspections and fill out FLRAs
- Monitor traffic patterns and adjust control strategies as needed to minimize disruptions
Salary: $21.00 to $25.00 per hour (Including 12% vacation pay, travel allowance and benefits) *Salary will be determine based on experience*

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Lower Mainland, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
