About the role
Tasks
- Conducting pre-operational inspections to ensure equipment compliance before the start of operations.
- Perform verifications, analyses, and organoleptic tests throughout the manufacturing process according to established protocols.
- Evaluating incoming raw materials based on established quality criteria.
- Participating in the development and implementation of quality control plans.
- Ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety standards.
- Training new production employees (GMP).
- Ensure the continuous communication of instructions and best practices to employees, ensuring their understanding and application, especially in a context of frequent turnover in production staff.
- Maintaining and update quality control-related documents.
- Collaborating closely with production teams to resolve quality issues.
- Performing all related tasks.

Job requirements
- DCS in Dietetic Techniques (preferred), Food Processing, or other relevant education/experience.
- Ideally, 1 year of experience in a similar quality control role in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in French, both spoken and written.
Desired profile
- Ability to walk several hours a day in the factory, demonstrating resilience and physical endurance.
- Be proactive in identifying and resolving quality issues in variable situations.
- Attention to detail and precision in task execution, ensuring strict adherence to quality and food safety standards.
