The mission of the Concierge Solution Delivery Department is to design, build, deliver and operate robust, efficient and scalable Concierge technology solutions that align with our strategic business and technology goals.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Aritzia is growing, and the Concierge Solution Delivery department is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving Concierge technology solutions. As the Senior Manager, Solution Delivery, Concierge Technology, you will oversee the successful delivery of high-quality Concierge solutions. You will manage a high-performing team of full-stack developers across the entire solution delivery lifecycle, from solution strategy and product development to feature and service delivery, and work cross-functionally with other Technology teams, Concierge business teams, and our Data & Analytics team to unlock business and technology value. THE ROLE
As the Senior Manager, Solution Delivery, Concierge Technology, you will lead the team to:
- Execute on the vision, mission, and strategy for Concierge technology
- Ensure Concierge technology product solutions are built in the right way to meet business outcomes
- Evaluate the technical feasibility of and define the technical specifications for Concierge technology product solutions
- Participate in defining, planning, and specifying the scope of priorities in the Concierge product roadmap to align with business objectives and customer needs
- Ensure solution design intent is realized and works seamlessly with existing systems and infrastructure
- Implement structured testing that ensures functionality and identify and address deficiencies
- Ensure the smooth and efficient release of Concierge solutions
- Provide excellent proactive and reactive support for Concierge solutions across monitoring & availability, incident management, and problem management
- Work with the appropriate cross-functional partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience
THE QUALIFICATIONS
The Senior Manager, Solution Delivery, Concierge Technology has:
- Proven skills, education, and/or applicable certifications:
- Strong understanding of technology operations best practices, and experience with delivering technical solutions in a large retail enterprise environment
- Knowledge of contact centre, case management, and/or Service Cloud applications is an asset
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks (Node JS, Express, React, Angular) is preferred
- Experience with Twilio Flex, Google Apigee/PubSub/Cloud Functions/Cloud Run, Data Dog, Jest, Jira is preferred
- Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (PWA KIT) and APIs is preferred
- Experience with GitHub Actions
- Experience with Modern Build Tools (Webpack, NPM, Node)
- Familiarity with microservices architecture, cloud-based systems (Google) and CI/CD practices
- A degree in Computer Science is preferred

THE COMPENSATION
The typical hiring range for this position is $120,000–$170,000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
