About the role
Purpose:
The Communications Assistant provides content creation and communications distribution support for the Office Professional Development and Experiential Education, Schulich School of Business under the direction of the Associate Director.
Education:
Completion of a diploma or degree in a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 1 year experience in advertising, marketing, communication, or related field.
Skills:
Effective communication skills.
Ability to demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy.
Knowledge of updating, coordinating, writing, testing or publishing content across digital channels.
Proficient with MS Office such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team environment.
Understanding of accessibility standards.
Ability to gather and organize information.
