The Opportunity:

Our finance team values accuracy, compliance, and collaboration. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll and reconciliation processes. Although the position is primarily remote, it requires Ontario residency and monthly in-office presence to collaborate with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly payrolls in compliance with current legislation and internal policies
• Verify timesheets, contractor invoices, and payroll data to ensure accuracy
• Prepare payroll and client reports as required
• Assist with payroll-related accounting entries and account reconciliations
• Keep up to date on federal and provincial payroll regulations
• Work closely with HR and Finance teams to support efficient payroll operations

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll or related administrative/accounting roles
• Proven accuracy and attention to detail in handling sensitive payroll data
• Experience in reconciliation and accounting processes
• Proficiency in payroll systems and Microsoft Excel
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Must be based in Ontario and available for monthly in-office visits
