Real Estate Associate (2–5 Years)

A leading national law firm recognized for its excellence and innovation is seeking a talented Associate to join its Real Estate Group in Montréal . This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile real estate transactions alongside some of the best lawyers in the country.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, financing documents, and development agreements.
- Conduct title and off-title due diligence, including reviewing various reports.
- Advise clients on real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and financing.
- Collaborate with partners and clients on complex real estate transactions, including cross-jurisdictional matters.
- Support client relationship initiatives through responsive service and advice.
Candidate Profile
- 2–5 years of post-call experience in real estate law at a reputable firm.
- Strong background in commercial real estate transactions and familiar with property development laws.
- Bilingual (French/English) is preferred.
- Excellent drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills.
