Your Role as Treatment Coordinator As the Treatment Coordinator, you’ll be a key point of contact for patients—ensuring they receive the highest level of care from their first consultation to treatment follow-up. Your ability to build trust, promote treatment plan ownership, and assist our clinical team with treatment coordination and room preparation will contribute directly to the success of our practice.

What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in a dental office (preferred)
- Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator is an asset
- Experience with dental software (e.g., Dentrix) is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A customer service mindset with a patient-first approach
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment
