Knowledge and Experience:
- Valid class BZ driver’s license with a demonstrated record of safe and responsible driving over the past 5 years (driver’s abstract and CVOR will be requested). Will also consider applicants with a CZ.

Key Accountabilities:
Customer Transportation:

Transport customers using custom access / on-demand requests in accordance with Municipal and Company policies, observing all traffic laws and safety rules and adhering to time schedules

Courteously and professionally interact with customers
-
Load mobility devices and escort customers to and from curbside as required
-
Make general announcements to customers
-
Issue transfers
-
Collect correct fares and ensure valid passes are presented
Reporting and Emergency Procedures

Complete a variety of vehicle and incident reports as required
-
Carry out emergency/accident procedures when required

Answer inquiries en route
