About the role
Pluvo is reshaping how growing businesses plan their financial future, bringing real-time, AI-driven forecasting to teams that need clarity quickly.
We’re helping them find a Client Modelling Analyst—someone who thrives on turning chaos into clean logic, and who’s just as comfortable in a spreadsheet as on a sales call. This is a client-facing, impact-heavy role that sits at the intersection of Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, and Product.
You won’t carry a quota or pitch deals, but you will be the one who answers, “Can your platform do this?” with a live model that makes it real.
What You'll Do
- Join sales and BD calls to translate complex prospect data into real-time financial models.
- Work with CS to onboard clients and refine their data and forecasting logic.
- Act as the modelling subject matter expert, helping clients get the most out of Pluvo.
- Turn repeatable patterns into scalable templates, guides, and internal resources.
- Feed insights from live modelling into Pluvo’s product roadmap.
Requirements
* 3–5 years in FP&A, financial analytics, or data-heavy finance roles
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills—fast, clean, and logic-first
- Confidence in client-facing moments—on sales calls or during onboarding
- Comfort working cross-functionally with Sales, BD, CS, and Product
- Based in Canada and open to light travel
Nice-To-Haves
- Experience with tools like Mosaic, Anaplan, Cube, or Vena
- Sales engineering or onboarding support background
- Experience with operational forecasting (revenue, headcount, expenses)
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Notion, or similar tools
- Consulting or implementation experience with finance clients
Benefits
* **Impact from Day One** — Your work will ship fast and make a real difference.
- Supportive Team — Learn from experienced engineers and grow your craft.
- Modern Tech Stack — Next.js, Node, Postgres, TypeScript, GitHub, and more.
- Equity Ownership — Get in early and build something meaningful.
- Flexibility — Work in-person in Ottawa or remotely within Canada.
- Great Benefits — Health & dental, quarterly bonuses, travel coverage, home office stipend, and more.
