• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service
• Upsell menu items and promote specials
• Provide exceptional guest services throughout the dining experience

Skills

• Experience in food service or the food industry is mandatory
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Proficiency in cash handling and cashiering
• Basic math skills for order accuracy and payment processing
• Knowledge of sanitization practices to maintain a clean environment
• Ability to work well in a team environment, especially with kitchen staff
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with guests
• Capability to upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience
