Summary
We are a well-established real estate property management team seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team.
Candidate Profile:
- Prior experience in real estate property management is required
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
- Proficient with computer skills, including:
- o Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- o Photoshop or Canva
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the property management team
- Prepare documents, contracts, and reports
- Assist with marketing materials and online listings
- Communicate professionally with clients, tenants, and vendors
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
Work Environment:
- Friendly, supportive, and professional team
