Summary

We are a well-established real estate property management team seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team.

Candidate Profile:

  • Prior experience in real estate property management is required
  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
  • Proficient with computer skills, including:
  • o Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • o Photoshop or Canva
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the property management team
  • Prepare documents, contracts, and reports
  • Assist with marketing materials and online listings
  • Communicate professionally with clients, tenants, and vendors
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
