What You'll Do:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to grow within a defined territory
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with ROBINSON customers
- Recruit new customers and introduce them to ROBINSON’s wide range of industry-leading products
- Provide accurate product recommendations by reviewing plans and understanding customer needs
- Prepare and present quotations and conduct product presentations
- Collaborate with the Inside Sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Represent ROBINSON with professionalism, becoming a go-to resource in your market
Who You Are:
- An outside sales professional, ideally with plumbing knowledge
- A motivated self-starter with a proven track record of growing territory sales
- A natural relationship-builder with strong networking, interpersonal, and presentation skills

Your starting pay will be based on the skills and experience you bring to the role, with opportunities to earn more as you grow and develop with us. Your salary will be supplemented with monthly bonus opportunities, monthly commission payments, wellness days, RRSP program and a generous benefits package.
