Administrative Receptionist
Summary
Our property management company, specializing in furnished corporate residential housing, is growing and in need of a FULL TIME Administrative Receptionist. This will be a demanding position ideal for someone who enjoys problem solving and liaison-type work. Some flexibility of hours within the 40 hour work week is essential.
We are looking for a detail oriented, confident, and outgoing individual who will enhance the efficiency of our office and offer support to our team.
Responsibilities
As a member of our team, you will be required to:

Answer and field phone calls
-
Respond to emails
-
Greet customers in a friendly and courteous manner, in person and on the phone
-
Accept and process rent payment
-
Process credit applications
-
Issue and manage leases and renewals
-
Assist with scheduling of tenant moves and property maintenance
-
Act as liaison between tenant, building managers, and service providers
-
Update advertising of available rental suites
-
Ensure that all records and files (digital & paper) are kept up to date
-
Handle various logistics of the rental industry
-
Perform various other administrative duties as required
-
Support and enhance the efficiency of a busy office

Property management experience will be considered an asset

Sage 50 experience will also be considered an asset
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience in an office environment and be willing to meet the challenges of this diverse roll. The individual should demonstrate professional oral and written communication skills and be capable of maintaining a high level of accuracy in spite of multiple interruptions.
