The Opportunity: RETAIL COORDINATOR (CONTRACT)

  • Location: Greater Toronto Area or Atlantic Canada
  • Term: 5–6 Month Contract
  • Salary Range: $45,000–$55,000 annualized (based on experience)

Position Summary:

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Coordinator to support the planning and execution of retail sampling programs across Ontario and Atlantic Canada.

This role is the operational backbone of a fast-paced retail activation program. You’ll be responsible for coordinating event bookings, managing logistics, supporting reporting, and ensuring program assets move seamlessly between warehouses and retail locations.

This is a highly detail-driven role that requires strong coordination, communication, and follow-through.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Contact retail locations across Ontario and Atlantic Canada to schedule and confirm sampling events
  • Coordinate event logistics, ensuring bookings are accurate and completed on time
  • Support reporting processes including data tracking, updates, and recap documentation
  • Act as a key point of contact for phone-based communication with Brand Ambassadors
  • Oversee the movement of program assets between warehouses and retail locations
  • Coordinate outbound shipping and manage the return of assets following events
  • Monitor inventory, shipments, and returns to ensure full accountability of assets
  • Maintain organized trackers, timelines, and status updates across multiple workstreams
  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to ensure smooth execution

Your Experience:

In addition to how you show up, here’s what will help you succeed in this role:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with spreadsheets and reporting tools
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and coordinating directly with retail locations
  • Experience in retail operations, event coordination, field marketing, or logistics is an asset
  • Experience with shipping logistics, warehouse coordination, or asset tracking is an asset
  • Based in the GTA or Atlantic Canada preferred
