What You’ll Do
- Administrative support to classroom teams and Program Supervisor
- Data entry and documentation management
- Technology Lead by coordinating support needed
- Transportation Lead by managing the day-to-day communication with bus service providers, assist with loading/unloading of students, and escalate any concerns to Program Supervisor
- Nutrition Lead by creating weekly nutrition plans for daily snacks, ordering and pick up of weekly grocery orders, and distributing to classrooms

About You
You thrive in a collaborative, dynamic environment where no two days are the same, bringing integrity, empathy, and a passion for making a difference. With strong communication skills, you build trust and foster teamwork while delivering results and maintaining service excellence. Your ability to plan, organize, and adapt ensures efficiency in achieving goals.
Must-Haves:
- Minimum 1-year clerical experience
- Microsoft Office 365 experience
- Strong communication & organizational skills
- Experience working with preschool aged children is an asset

Working with Us
This position is temporary full time at 40 hours per week with start date of August 29, 2025, and ending June 26, 2026 and supports two locations (Newton & Millbourne). Compensation starts at $20.30/hour, with increases based on experience and qualifications.
