Caesar’s Steak House is recruiting dynamic and passionate people to join our service teams at our Willow Park location.

Our team plays a central role in our guests’ experience and their goal is simple: To utilize their professionalism to deliver a seamless service experience and their ability to develop a rapport with each guest to create a memorable experience.

As bartender you will prepare beverages (alcohol, non-alcohol and espresso drinks) according to Caesar’s recipes to ensure that guests receive an exceptional and consistent beverage experience. Ensure the cooler, back-bar, liquor rooms and supplies are stocked, organized and clean. Mixes and garnishes are prepped. Ensure all equipment are in optimal condition - beer dispensing equipment, refrigeration units, ice machine, cappuccino machine, etc. Deliver full food and beverage services to guests on the bar.

Bartending experience is a must and familiarity with classic cocktails and wine are a necessity. Serving experience is also an asset. We look for energetic, sparkling personalities and a passion for food, wine & cocktails with great customer service, amazing people skills, highly organized and a strong drive and determination to be the best. Basic computer skills and fluency in English are also essential.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour

• Cocktail Preparation: 1 year (required)
• Wine Cellar Management: 1 year (preferred)

• Alberta Pro-Serve (preferred)
