About the role
As a Part-Time Client Care Specialist, you will report to the Care Center Manager and play a critical role in ensuring exceptional customer service and operational support. This hybrid position blends the responsibilities of a Client Service Representative (CSR) and Operations Team Member (OTM). You’ll be responsible for scheduled route support and must be available for on-call or emergency needs throughout the week.
This is a dynamic, flexible role ideal for someone who is adaptable, compassionate and thrives in a service-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Build rapport with clients and assist with orders and service inquiries
- Assess client needs and provide appropriate solutions or follow-ups
- Coordinate client service requests, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
- Support operations by covering regular routes and being on-call for emergencies or replacements
- Maintain a strong understanding of company products and services
- Ensure compliance with all operational and administrative procedures
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in a related field
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a client care or logistics environment
- Demonstrated integrity, compassion, and professionalism
- Availability for flexible hours and emergency coverage throughout the week
Skills & Attributes:
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Team-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
- Able to multitask across systems while engaging with customers
- Highly motivated, adaptable, and dependable
- Comfortable working in high-paced, emotionally sensitive environments
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships across teams
Working Conditions:
- Regular desk work with computer use
- Some physical activity, including bending, kneeling, and occasional lifting of up to 100+ lbs
- Exposure to varying noise and temperature levels
- May involve transportation-related tasks or route coverage
